Terms and Conditions
From 12 pm AEST 13 December 2021 to midnight AEST 24 December 2021 (“Competition Period”) as a registered Beforepay customer, you could win $200 by being the first person to correctly guess the name of one of any of the 12 newly named reindeer in the Beforepay 'Make it Rein' Competition (“Competition”).

To enter the Competition, simply register as a Beforepay customer and open the Beforepay app, navigate to the 'Make it Rein' competition page through the link on the home screen and submit your guess for a Reindeer’s name. The first person to correctly guess one of the names of the 12 reindeer will win $200.

Competition Details

• There is $200 in prize money available to be won for the first Beforepay customer to correctly guess the name of one of the 12 named reindeer;
• Beforepay may only determine one (1) winner for each of the 12 reindeer (resulting in 12 winners in total);
• Each individual can only win $200 in prize money once. Therefore, if you win one prize you will not be able to participate in the Competition again;
• Each individual will have a maximum of three (3) guesses per hour, but an unlimited number of total guesses during the Competition Period;
• Guesses will not be case sensitive;
• The closing date for entries will be midnight AEST on 24 December 2021. After this time, no further entries to the Competition will be permitted; and
• Entrants do not need to pay an entry fee, make a cash out under their pay advance or otherwise use their Beforepay account to enter this Competition.

Eligibility Criteria

• To be eligible to win $200 in prize money, entrants must:
• Be an Australian resident over the age of 18;
• Be a registered customer with Beforepay;
• Have successfully linked your bank account to Beforepay’s app;
• Have completed our identity verification process; and
• Meet all our cash out eligibility criteria
• Any individual that creates multiple accounts will be automatically disqualified from the Competition and will not be awarded any prize they would otherwise have been entitled to receive.
• Employees (and the immediate family members) of Beforepay are not eligible to enter the Competition or win any prize as part of this Competition.

Further Details

• By entering this Competition, an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• This Competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s) of this Competition. All entries will be judged individually on their merits.
• There is $200 in prize money available to be won for the first Beforepay customer to correctly guess the name of one of the 12 named reindeer. Beforepay may only determine one (1) winner for each of the 12 reindeer (resulting in 12 winners in total);
• The winners will be notified immediately within the app and by email within seven (7) business days of the expiry of the Competition Period. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) business days of Beforepay’s email notification, Beforepay reserves the right to determine a another winner from the pool of entrants;
• Once a winner has claimed their prize, the $200 prize money will be deposited into the winner’s account that is linked to their Beforepay account after a manual verification process by the Beforepay team. The manual verification process can take up to four (4) business days;
• Any decision made by Beforepay in respect of the Competition will be final;
• Beforepay does not accept any responsibility for entries not received or logged by Beforepay;
• Beforepay retains the right to, in its sole discretion and at any time, change or modify these Terms to be effective immediately upon the uploading of the updated Terms to the Beforepay website;
• Beforepay also reserves the right to cancel the Competition if any circumstances adversely related to the Competition arise beyond the control of Beforepay;
• By entering the Competition, you agree to have your name and the state you live in published on the Beforepay website, emails and/or social media for marketing and promotional purposes;
• Personal information collected from entrants as part of this Competition will be used in accordance with Beforepay’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website via this link: https://www.beforepay.co/privacy/;
• If you wish to make a complaint to us regarding an aspect of the Competition or to dispute the outcome of the Competition, please contact us at support@beforepay.com.au as soon as possible. All complaints and disputes will be managed in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
